Serve Teams

Front door greeters are the first face of our church.

Assist guests with seating, receive the offering, serve Communion and assist the pastor with altar work.

Serve coffee and treats in our Cup Cafe, keep our restrooms presentable, take care of the foyer and lobby areas.

Direct traffic to keep order in our parking lot.

Offer prayer over our prayer request cards and emergency prayer requests.

Be available for guests who come to the altar for salvation, healing and other connections.

Stand guard at our front door during regular services, keeping our campus safe.

Find your place in the nursery, preschool or elementary classrooms.

Weekly cleaning of the facilities.

Assist with office duties as assigned.

Serve in setup, tear down and management of church and community events.

Serve on the Compassion Team as we conduct local outreach opportunities.

Assist with baptism, Communion, Baby Dedication and other special services.

Monitor the Compass Bookstore and be available for interaction with guests.

Serve in our Media Booth in sound, video, livestreaming, lights and stage design.

Capture content to be edited for posting on social media. Manage posts for Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and other platforms.

Perform routine and as-needed building maintenance.

Audition to serve as a singer or musician on the Compass Worship Team.
